- Research Engineer at the National Institute of Mechanical Engineering (Hanoi, Vietnam)
- Design Supervision Engineer at North Engineering (a wholly Swedish-owned company, Hanoi, Vietnam)
- Chief Engineer & Technical Manager at Hanoi International Technology Center (a wholly German-owned company, Hanoi, Vietnam)
- Director of the United Nations Green One UN House (Hanoi, Vietnam)
Professional Activities and Contributions
- Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on energy efficiency
- Trainer specializing in building operations and energy efficiency
- Developer of assessment tools for operational energy use and energy management
- Consultant on energy efficiency improvement measures for buildings in operation

Key Achievements
- 2010: First Prize for Innovative and Creative Energy Management in Buildings in Vietnam (HITC Building), organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade
- 2017: LOTUS Green Building Certification – Platinum Level, awarded by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) to the United Nations Green One UN House
- 2018: First Prize in the Asia-Pacific International Competition for Sustainable Design and Operation, organized by the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), awarded to the United Nations Green One UN House. This was the first international award for building sustainability received by Vietnam.
